Geographical Location: Bannu District at Care Hospital
Project Brief: CARE with the Financial Assistance of POB Trust arranged free EYE camp in Bannu for the needy & deserving people. The main objective of the camp is to help the poor people in Bannu district as well as to produce awareness regarding eye diseases.
The camp consists of the following component:
Screening - Cataract surgeries
- Awareness session
Achievements: In this camp a total of 1200 patients examined in OPD with free medicines. Among the total patients 543 were male, 456 were Female & 201 were children. 250 cataract surgeries were done & 2 awareness session & 10 lac medicines & LANs provided to the needy people.
